But let me ask you a question, what does laying a hand on a dead girl and touching a piece of clothing have to do with receiving miracles? When you think about it – nothing! If you touch a dead person, they won’t necessarily be raised from the dead. If I feel sick, putting my shirt on in the morning (and therefore touching my clothes) doesn’t manifest healing in my body.
