Firstly - apologies for the silence...simply put - my family is expecting a new baby any day and life has been hectic. That said - I just got this email from one of our suppliers and thought it was a great example of a sales letter/email to write to customers. My only suggestion would have been to mail-merge so it would have used my name instead of "tresured customer". But well done anyway James!
